Everyday we find in the Newspaper and TV channels, hundreds of people have become the victims of political vendata. Corers of Rupees are misappropriated in the name of development. The common people and the working class people are falling prey to the local goons musclemen. Fundamental rights, democratic rights & Human Rights are brought down to earth. Bride burning, rape, disintegration of joint family, corruption in hospital, schools, colleges, torture in jail, death caused by hunger, taking away of the land of the farmers, immoral traffic, torture on the tribal folk, inflation of price, closedown of factories, increase of unemployment which in turn is increasing criminal activities. Bomb blast by terrorists in different parts of the country are increasing day by day and causing fear and terror in the minds of the common people.
Everywhere, from the Himalaya to Kanyakumari, Human Rights is violated. Instead of loving and caring for others people have become blood thirsty, shedding the blood of the dear and near ones. People entrusted with the task of ruling the country are getting involved in various scams and are losing the faith and acceptance of the common people. Various terrorist activities are creating fear in the minds of the common people.
The Gen. Y of India are no more interested in Indian politics as there fed-up with scams, corruptions & false promises of the politicians. If you all come forward & join hands with C.P.D.R. INDIA Human Rights, then we promise that India will be a better place to live in, with your kind cooperation, this human rights organization C.P.D.R. India Human Rights will not only cause ripples in West Bengal or India, but throughout the world.
The condition of West Bengal and the whole of India is detoriating day by day. People entrusted with the task of ruling the country are getting involved in various scams and are losing the faith and acceptance of the common people. Various terrorist activities are creating fear in the minds of the common people. Everywhere, from the Himalaya to Kanyakumari, Human Rights is violated. Instead of loving and caring for others people have become blood thirsty, shedding the blood of the dear and near ones.
The Government should take strong actions to stop child labour. Throughout the world, only the Human Rights workers can spread the message of peace & prosperity. They should be given proper space and scope to work. It is high time that the Human Rights workers should work hand in hand & take an oath to protect the country from being fragmented by the terrorists & selfish politicians & people.
In order to save the country and the world from being broken to pieces, we the workers of C.P.D.R. INDIA Human Rights Organization request each and every citizen of West Bengal and India and the whole world to come forth and join hands to say “LONG LIVE CPDR INDIA HUMAN RIGHTS”, “LONG LIVE C.P.D.R. INDIA HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATION”.
Human rights are standards that recognize and protect the dignity of all human beings. Human rights govern how individual human beings live in society and with each other, as well as their relationship with the State and the obligations that the State have towards them.
Human rights law obliges governments to do some things, and prevents them from doing others.
Individuals also have responsibilities: in using their human rights, they must respect the rights of others.
No government, group or individual person has the right to do anything that violates another’s rights.
Human rights are universal and inalienable. All people everywhere in the world are entitled to them. No one can voluntarily give them up. Nor can others take them away from him or her.
Human rights are indivisible. Whether civil, political, economic, social or cultural in nature, they are all inherent to the dignity of every human person. Consequently, they all have equal status as rights. There is no such thing as a 'small' right. There is no hierarchy of human rights.
The realization of one right often depends, wholly or in part, upon the realization of others. For instance, the realization of the right to health may depend on the realization of the right to education or of the right to information.
All individuals are equal as human beings and by virtue of the inherent dignity of each human person. All human beings are entitled to their human rights without discrimination of any kind, such as race, color, sex, ethnicity, age, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, disability, property, birth or other status as explained by the human rights treaty bodies.
Every person and all peoples are entitled to active, free and meaningful participation in, contribution to, and enjoyment of civil, political, economic, social and cultural development, through which human rights and fundamental freedoms can be realized.
States and other duty-bearers must comply with the legal norms and standards enshrined in human rights instruments. Where they fail to do so, aggrieved rights-holders are entitled to institute proceedings for appropriate redress before a competent court or other adjudicator, in accordance with the rules and procedures provided by law.

কোন মানবাধিকার সংগঠন থেকে প্রতারিত হলে পুলিশ প্রশাসনের দ্বারস্থ হন।
C.P.D.R INDIA Human Rights Organization is an Authentic organization. Having a Government Registration. If you all find any such named as CPDR INDIA or any other name related to CPDR and if you get cheated by them then please don't mix us with them and please do immediately report back to any government agencies or any firm, or do inform us about them. So that we can take proper actions against them. Please do check the background of any organization before joining to any groups.
Please check carefully before joining any group or agencies with the name of CPDR.
